DOUBLE MEASURING CELL
Dual-channel micron measurement cell with simultaneous processing of two different part variants. Following measurement, the system automatically sorts parts into groups based on the inspection results.
AUTOMATIC TURN TABLE
Three-tier rotary accumulation table with adjustable speed control and converter for finished parts positioning.
DRY INK STATION
An industrial dry ink station is a specialized curing assembly used to rapidly evaporate solvents or water from inks on various substrates. These systems integrate high-performance hot air guns with automation features like ejectors to ensure consistent results and prevent material damage.
SEMI AUTOMATIC BELT CUTTING STATION
The system includes an in-feed position sensor to detect the workpiece and an interlock mechanism to prevent cutter damage. Prior to the cutting cycle, a tensioning unit ensures the belt is fully stretched for dimensional accuracy.
PRESSURE TEST STATION
Dual-pressure leak testing (0.8 / 3.8 bar). All test data is logged to a database for historical review and data retrieval.
